Training Day

He should have guessed that The Dark Institute’s gym would be a little different. “I don’t want you getting pudgy while I’m away,” Madam Dark had said. “Two weeks is too long for you to be left to vegetate. Our personal trainers will stop you running to seed. Madam Shadow, Madam Shade and Madam Eclipse will make sure you stay fit …… and active. After all, I wouldn’t want you to mope or get any silly thoughts about that woman.”
‘That woman’. Andy never stopped thinking about ‘that woman’. It had been two months since The Dark Institute had found and kidnapped him. Two months since he’d seen Auntie. Two months they’d been apart. He missed her so badly. Where was she? Where was he, for that matter? Some Dark Institute property undoubtedly, but where? Judging by the weather and most of the staff accents, still in England, but that wasn’t a certainty. He wondered how Jane might track him down. Was there anything he could do to help? Not when he was confined 24/7 within the mansion with just an occasional walk outside for fresh air or a little bit of (rare) sunshine. Perhaps a trip to the gym might afford an opportunity. That was assuming the gym was off-site. So many of these refurbished country mansions had installed gyms and pools, not to mention cinemas and other less salubrious haunts in their basements.
But it was a commercial gym to which he was taken by one of The Dark Institute’s leather clad drivers. Sadly he couldn’t see the route or even listen for cluse since she’d hooded him (the Institute’s latex gimp masks had other purposes) and applied headphones. The smoked glass windows of the limo meant he wouldn’t be seen by other cars or passers-by.
His hood was pulled off roughly on arrival and he was greeted by two shapely blonde ladies, very much in the Madam Dark mould though several years younger. They ushered him through the foyer and into the Ladies Changing Room where they were greeted by a third. All three wore standard gym bunny attire of white sports bra, white designer trainers, and tight, white workout leggings. It was obvious from their demeanour that they were all Madam Dark’s protégées.
“Let’s get you changed, sissy boy,” said the first, he later come to know as Madam Shade. She started to unzip his black latex maid’s dress.
“My, you are a good looking sissymaid,” observed a second as his dress descended to his ankles. “Step out of it, honey,” said Madam Eclipse. He looked down to make sure his 5” inch stilettos didn’t tread on and damage the delicate latex.
“Bra next, then panties,” ordered the third. “Mmm, no tits.”
“No tits, yet,” qualified Madam Eclipse. “Madam Dark will know what she’s doing. There’s a lot to be said for the boyish figure. No unsightly scars, and none of the loss of libido that hormones can cause. And given the market for ‘Sissy Milk Face Cream’, I can understand why she still wants him to be productive.” Andy grimaced. He hated the time he spent in the Institute’s milking parlour. It might be satisfying in easing the pent-up pressure, but totally unsatisfying in terms of any human warmth or emotion: weighed and measured for frequency, volume and consistency. Treated like a mere production unit when he wasn’t being frustrated and tormented, teased and on edge.
“Well some of that milk may get spilt later today,” sniggered Miss Shade. “No use crying over it though. Well not crying in that way. Take off your heels, darling,” she instructed, “and no sitting or kneeling down to do it. Just bend forward.”
As he leant forward to unbuckle the ankle straps on his Loubigirls, he yelped in surprise as a finger probed his bottom. He struggled not to topple forward, but at least it was a lubricated finger. “Nice smooth entry,” said Madam Shadow. “Tight but not too tight.”
“Maintained his balance as well,” said Madam Shade. “Not bad in those heels. Probably used to being taken from behind and taking it standing,” she added.
‘How could she know?’ thought Andy. ‘Was it that obvious?’
“Let’s see how he takes the vibe.” Andy felt an arm fold around his waist to support him, before a solid object was pushed inside him. A familiar shaped object. He relaxed, trying to offer as little resistance as possible as a Hummingbird penetrated him and settled into place as his anus closed around its narrow neck. “Very good. Aren’t you an experienced boy? Is that nice and comfy?”
Andy blushed and murmured assent. He might often wear a Hummingbird for Jane, but he was still embarrassed at the thought of others knowing about his preferences.
“Now put on your gym kit.” Madam Eclipse passed him with a couple of pink garments and a pair of pink ankle strap courts.
“But I can’t wear these,” he said as he unfolded the flimsy garments, “they’re hardly suitable. I can’t work out in these.”
“Entirely suitable for a boy like you: a boy with a buttplug up his arse,” riposted Madam Shadow crudely. “They’re fine if you’re just going to sit on a pec machine or do pull ups and pull downs. And you’ll look great on a treadmill in those heels.”
‘He’d look great anywhere in those heels with those legs,” added Madam Shade.
“But what will people think?” Andy asked.
“That a very cute girl is in the gym,” replied Madam Eclipse. “A girl who’s a bit of an airhead but can afford three, very attentive personal trainers. “Now get them on.”
Andy pulled on the briefest of halter neck latex crop tops. He thought that the teddy logo on his chest looked sweet, but he wasn’t going to admit that to the ladies, nor that the courts were comfortable and an easy fit. He was more worried by the pants. Despite his efforts at folding and tucking, they left little to the imagination. Try as he might to push things back and create a camel toe, he was left with a clearly discernible bulge.
“Right, honey, let’s go.” They led him into the main gym hall where loud techno music was playing. It was largely deserted apart from a couple of girls at the far end and two rather handsome looking guys practising with weights. They were both stripped to the waist and appeared to be waiting for his arrival. Andy couldn’t help admiring their rippling physiques, so very different from his own slender elfin shape. He was expecting the ladies to show him round the different machines and suggest a circuit and number of reps. Instead they took him to the centre of the floor. Madam Shade said abruptly, “We have done all we can today.” Andy didn’t understand, apart from changing him and plugging him, they hadn't done anything. “So now we will warm you up a little before the boys have their work out.”
Andy stared open mouthed as he watched Madam Eclipse get out her phone. “Let’s see if we can sync you up with some music. I’m sure the boys would like to see you dance.” He felt the Hummingbird start to vibrate violently inside him, and then Madam Shadow slipped a pair of headphones over his ears. The opening bars of ‘Baby Said’ by Måneskin began to pound in his ears as the plug throbbed and pulsed in time in his bum. His eyes started to roll as he thought of Victoria and her fingering something other than the long neck of her bass guitar. He couldn't help himself: he closed his eyes and began to dance. He was lost. It was so long since he’d felt liberated in this way. Fortunately his pants were tight, but he knew the bulge was getting worse. Måneskin gave way to Divinyls and his gyrations intensified as Victoria surrendered to Chrissy. The volume in his headphones meant that he didn’t hear Madam Shadow say, “When you think he’s warm, boys, take him to one of the benches. I’m sure he’ll be ready for a little bench press, or ideally a very slow, long one or two. We’ll stay and watch. You’ll get a bonus if you make him cum, although having a beauty like him should be enough of a bonus. We’ve brought a cum jar so nothing gets wasted.”
As his arousal increased, Andy made sure he committed to memory the name of the gym and the image of the skyline he could see through its plate glass window. He couldn’t be absolutely sure, but it looked to him like he was somewhere on the edge of Birmingham. Trapped by three ladies and two guys, Andy knew he had zero chance of escape. And he was hardly going to outrun them wearing 4” heels compared to their trainers. He had to find a way of getting that information to Auntie, especially if they were going to bring him here every day while Madam Dark was away. In the meantime, he might as well resign himself to his fate for a while. He needed to look like he was enjoying himself if they were going to bring him back for repeat visits. After all, it was certainly going to be nicer than being strapped to a milking machine.
