Had the delight of hearing from an old friend of our blog the other day, I will not say who but his footprints are all over the place and I was overjoyed to hear from him again.
So Monday, must be my turn to provide the entertainment. Well I have to say I really really REALLY like this one and even if I do say so myself it is a classic (Steady on with the modesty. ed)
I will give nothing away, the image says all i need it to and I leave the rest in your naughty hands. However I will be back after for a few more words.

Hope you enjoyed that and wonder if you looked at the picture first before the words and whether you recognised Aunt Jane straight away.
I wanted to create something to showcase Aunt Jane with Andy in an almost supporting role. We have seen Aunt Jane looking stunning and gorgeous before but I wanted to step a little sideways.
It had to be something special and I was inspired by the singing governess post on this very blog.
It took me ages to get it right, but finally it dropped into place and I had Jane right where I wanted her and.......where she likes to be too, in charge and despite whatever is about to happen, she is still cool enough to finish her cup of Earl Grey.
It was kind of Aunt Jane to offer to look after Andy while his parents went travelling for a couple of months. Andy was happy because it would allow him to spend more time with his beloved Auntie. And there would be no need for him to clean off his make-up before he scuttled home after one of their afternoons together, nor try to muffle the low buzz coming from his bedroom as Auntie gave him a little goodnight bedtime treat from his Hummingbird. There would be no need. They could spend evenings together and he could go to sleep in her bed: cuddling her or wrapped between her legs, he was happy either way.
ReplyDeleteIt had been two weeks of bliss with another 6 weeks of summer and bliss stretching out before them. Aunt Jane had even promised trips to London and Paris with some shopping, some shows and maybe some clubbing. But now some interferring busy body had told Social Services that Andy was on his own and needed looking after.
At least they had sent a letter and wouldn't call unannounced. Jane would be ready. But what would they make of her maid. Was that really Andrew Watson? Fortunately Social Services had a 6th sense about these things: the young gentleman seemed very at home and happy. He was being taken care of in the best possible way.
Lovely work. I do just hope we have Part 2 with a dialogue between Aunt Jane and Ms.Briggs from Social Services with Andy doing his sissymaid chores in the background. Please?

OMG you and your imagination, well I never thought it would be social services calling, I can't even imagine a reason for them to get involved, unless it is an act of sabotage by an unhappy on looker, be they neighbour or indeed the sisterhood, trying to squeeze a little.

DeleteThe Sisterhood? A Governess? The Sisterhood already know Lady Jane well enough not to be duped. They'll just assume Aunt Jane is indulging herself with a little role play with her (and their) favourite sissy. The Sisterhood will want much more than a Governess to train and develop their BOY model. Only the strictest feminisation will do. A Governess with a mere cane would be insufficient, and they would immediately look for the welts and marks on the sissy's bottom and back of his legs and know the rod was just for show. They are already too familiar with the tenderness between Aunt Jane and her protegée. If it were The Sisterhood a-calling, Jane's only hope would be if they sent one of their more naïve investigators and Jane could convince her that she was deliberately masquerading as a member of The Dark Institute under her nom de plume of 'Madame Darkly' to try and use Andy as bait.
No, Social Services it is. They'll be amused by a Governess punishing her charge with a little cosplay fun knowing full well that the cane is solely for fun as a threat never to be used. They'll report that all seems to be order and dismiss it as another busy-body being rather envious of the handsome lady and her delightful young man.
Maybe Jane shoudl run the tape of 'On the Avenue' while they wait for Social Services's knock.
Now......I this feel social services has overtones, but perhaps the idea of a completely unrelated and unsuspecting body, visiting Jane might be an idea. Now maybe it is the Sisterhood, who are your busy Bodies and it is they who have called services in as a kind of punishment. Perhaps Jane is expecting a branch of the Sisterhood, when in truth it will be the Social Services and Jane will have to both explain the situation and try to cover her embarrassment at being found dressed in, what to outsiders would seem very strange attire. Yes this could be a ploy to put Jane down a bit, a typical move by the ever slippery Sisterhood.
DeleteNow this will open up your request of a Mrs Briggs confrontation.
I shall include it on the list of things to work on.
This is why I like the comments on our blog, they can inspire in directions I never imagined.

Oh, I like that. It's not a prying busybody that's reported Andy and his Aunt, but The Sisterhood masquerading as a concerned neighbour in order to give Jane her comeuppance [.... as opposed to c....... - apologies, I won't go there, that's too naughty].
DeleteStrange attire? Jane would find it obvious and natural that a strict Governess be clad that way. Isn't that how all Governesses dress? And Andy doesn't seem phazed. It's only the tighness of her corset that is cuasing him concern. But then he did have the pleasure of lacing and tightening it.

I don't think we've seen that hairstyle on Andrew very often. Too bad it partially hides his right eye, to me it makes him a little worried. The pillbox hat is a nice touch, with a bow that matches the one on his uniform.
ReplyDeleteJane looks serious and no-nonsense, as any governess should. The puff shoulders and tight cuffs are traditional, of course. I picture this exchange happening just after Andrew has finished tying off the corset. With the tight corset and his beautiful uniform, did he want to take her breath away?
Contrary to S, this to me has the feel of an impending visit from the Sisterhood. Jane is willing to do anything it takes to keep Andrew by her side, especially against the Sisters.
And am I the only one who noticed the (well-weathered and oft-used, if the color is anything to go by) rattan cane sitting innocently on the counter?

DeleteYes it is a new style for Andy, one which the jury is still out on, but it was just the style to go with the little cap.
Yes I think you got it right this time, It is definitely the Sisterhood on route, though not I feel, from one of the departments Jane has met before, hence the chance to disguise herself into the role.
The cane, was dropped in without fanfare, just to see who is paying attention.

This reminds me of something early on in his training. As always he is perfectly dressed and made-up to adore and placate his Aunt. Truly a vision in Pink, yet his chest is barely blossoming. I wonder if this is a real dire situation, or is Lady Jane just running him through the ringer to get him deeper into his role. She has shown a singular streak of pressure on him many times, thinly coated in love and devotion. She wants what she wants and will get it. Poor little Andy being led deeper and deeper down the path of femininity and servitude by his innocence and adoration of his Aunt.

Yes this in not too long into Andy new life, the uniform is from the time before Will knew what was going on and just as the Sisterhood have begun to add pressure for their investment. Which is why they wan to add a Governess to Andy's training, feeling Jane's light touch is to kind.
I am so glad you liked the outfit, as I said it is inspired by the Governess video last month, with a little added crop/cane, should she feel the desire to step into that headmistresses role you mentioned.

Beautiful my dear friend. Absolutely love Andrews hair and aunt Janes look is so serious. Definitely has the no nonsense punish first and ask questions later look down. So she has the look the question is will she be able to act the part? Will she be able to be hard on Andrew and punish him for the slittiest mistakes. Not comfort him with hugs and sweet words? Also how long are they staying. I doubt they came all that way for just a simple interview. What type of tests will they make them do. The biggest question is did aunt Jane prepare Andrew. For though they are checking to make sure he has a governess I’m sure they also what to check and make sure he has been trained properly and is following all the guidelines and knows all the duties of a proper sissy owned by the sisterhood. Something tells me Aunt Jane did not read all the rules requirements and expectations the sisterhood has for training sissies before she signed on to use there services. Hopefully it all works out and their act convinces them enough to not have to check up on them for quite awhile. As usual you leave me with so many questions. Hopefully as S said there is a part 2. Beautiful creative and leaves me wanting more. Andrews look is beautiful and I love the look of worry and uncertainty that his eyes give off. Keep up the amazing work my very very dear friend.

DeleteI am not sure Jane knows what she is in for either My Friend, I think she is hoping to prove the existence of a governess in quick time and be out of that real tight and hot outfit.
As for acting the role, good thought. The sisterhoods approved Governesses have a reputation for serious discipline,which might be beyond how she would wish to treat her beloved nephew. However providing there guests do not need a demonstration, Janes strict tone might be enough.
This might be the start of Andy and Jane's run from the Sisterhood, America beckons, time will tell, perhaps in part two?

DeleteSorry Tuffe. I think Auntie is most definitely herself and her own, and will never be anyone's although she will steal hearts a-plenty, not least Andy's and the Reverend's. (Though I have a suspicion, Will and some of Andy's friends might have a secret yen too.) Aunt Jane has such a fierce streak of independence, she will never belong to anyone although she does have a very special attachment to her nephew.

A wonderful new look for the new Governess. She was beginning to look a bit too matriarchal and an upgrade was in order. And the makeup, instead of being tawdry and clownish, the artfully-applied cosmetics gave Auntie an aggressively sexy, even predatory femininity that would transform her every blink and gesture behind her eyewear into a seductive come-on. A suggestive and alluring tease that would beckon Andy or even the Sisterhood into this vampish temptress's clutches.
ReplyDeleteHello my Anonymous friend, So glad you liked Janes look, especially the Make up. I knew I wanted a close up of her, so took a long time to get the look right. It had to be even more "aggressive" as you say, in order for her eyes to stand out, from behind those glasses.
