My Goodness, that is an invitation for sure. At least he should take it as far as she will go. Not an opportunity to be passed up if at all possible. She is a lovely creation from her tanned skin on display to the dress hugging her curves. Then we get to the make-up and hair. How many pins to allow it to flow across her shoulders?
ReplyDeleteThe first is a variety if accessories. Not sure how much protection the chain mail would assist, and the hood is interesting. Maybe he dressed in the dark to sneak out and do a few runs.
I am sure that there will be no complaints unless he is riding in heels. At least his make-up is matching.
Does it match the board, too?
Hi Lee, I'm not sure about the get up in #1 myself. The street was wet, which explains the plastic. I would certainly join Chris on the elevator. Who would miss such an opportunity?

Going up? Going down?
DeleteHe truly could pass as a model in his matching dress and accessories with perfect make-up. He may still be a bit skittish by all of the male attention. When they get close enough for a one-on-one he may need his wing girl for protection.
In the last, it may be a photo op, but will definitely bring an admiring audience. A fast escape may be difficult in heels on grass. Practice, practice, practice. Run to the safety of the crew to get a touch up to his make-up.
Alex couldn't believe what he truly wanted deep down. He'd readily agreed to Beatrix McCarthy's request to accompany Chris to the gala, even though he knew all about who Chris really was. For Alex the theater geek, the idea of participating in a sort of "secret mission" while bespoke in a tux just like a real life James Bond sounded too fun to pass up - a chance to act on the stage of real life was right up his alley.
ReplyDeleteBut with each hour, the act became less an act. Was it Chris's perfume, or his delicate soft fingers he held in his hand to escort him in, or the tight dress wrapped around tiny waist he held on to while they danced.... where was this enchantment coming from? Chris was a boy, of course.... but... was he, really?
The last hour was fraught with tension. Alex found himself sweating a little as he began trying to charm his date for real. The last speaker was wrapping up his toast. The night didn't have to end now, did it?
Mrs. McCarthy had only asked him to look like he was taking Chris up to the hotel room, he was free to go home at that point. Alex stared at Chris intently. There was an ask in his eyes. He was going to his room now, but it was more than a statement of fact, it was...
Thanks for your prolific and imaginative prologue to Chris's situation Anony.

The firm knock startled Alex. A high pitched latina voice came through the door, "s'cuseMEEEE... HouseKEEP-iiinng..." Alex collected himself and politely hollered to refuse the service. No sooner did the silence at the door affirm that he had been heard, did the memories of the night come flooding back to him. He turned to his left, and there, still sleeping, was his date from the gala, Chris.
DeleteAlex's stomach was a churn of mixed emotions. In the late morning sun, Chris's now disheleved make-up betrayed his persona, as did the faintest male body musk that revealed itself after the night's sleep caused his perfume to lose ground. There was no denying it, Chris was, of course, still a boy. Why should this scene look or smell any different?
Alex got up to place the Do Not Disturb sign on his door, and stumbled over a red high heel, nearly stumbling again on the red dress still lying on the floor before pausing to look at it. "I can't believe what they do there...." Alex thought to himself, pondering the exceptional abilities of Bea's business she called simply, "Mademoiselle."
The stumbling woke Chris up too, whose first murmured words had the slightest trace of a male tone, like it often did first thing in the morning before his new larynx muscles warmed up for the day. By the time he reached the word "Aunt", in the sentence, "OH my God my Aunt... I'm supposed to be..." his register had restored itself to the fully feminine. He grasped for his rose gold iPhone, and saw a text waiting on it.
"Enjoy yourself Chris, you have late check out. Have room service brunch on me - Aunt B."
Thanks Andy and Christeen it’s Friday again with more enjoyable art. Difficult to track the days in these times.
ReplyDeleteOh my Chris your skateboard and you really look fantastic as a skater girl. The lyrics to an Avril Levine song are going round my head.
Oh gosh Chris you’re a naughty girl inviting the cute boy to your room. Hopefully he’s a perfect gentleman, so should be fine. Who could resist you in that gorgeous revealing gown. The matching nails are are great touch.
Chri’s yellow outfit with a mademoiselle bag, very nice, is definitely much better than his ugly get up. The lady is correct he’s rough for a “sweet girl” even if she is a little naughty at times. Have to keep Chris out of too much harm.
Absolutely love Chris’s blue gown. Very princessy. Chris looks fabulous enough Jake would’ve never guessed. Oh fun missed, but I like the scene they are in, even though Chris is embarrassed. All part of a petticoatee. He’s been watched by a very powerful looking lady too. Like that also.
Hi Aidan, Thanks for your appreciative comments. I'd be thrilled to wear that yellow outfit in a heartbeat.
