Hi Everyone
Firstly Bless you, Bless you all, your kiind and generous messages regarding my family are greatly appreciated and touched me deeply. I had never dreamed of a community such as this when I began this blog, it was only a bit of fun, but all your kindness and friendship over the years has brought me as much pleasure and delight, as I hope I have given you.
  I love you all. XXXX

Speaking of love, where better to be than in the arms of the one you love, This is a truth Andy and Will understand, warm and safe. Where else would they rather be.

XXXX
Andy

As an extra treat our dear friend Skinnie S composed this sweet little vignette to accompany the art for our delight

The first he heard was a key in the lock and the front door opening. He dropped his wiping round cloth and was going to run to the hall before he collected himself. He had to look his best. He paused at the mirror by the kitchen door: Aunt Jane knew that it was vital to look one’s best if she had visitors. He made sure his hair was tidy and his little straight lacey coronet cap was straight – Aunt Jane would expect that. He smoothed the pelmeted folds of his latex skirt then went back to fetch his cloth. He removed a little splash of cake mix that must have escaped when he was preparing the ‘Welcome Home’ cake. He checked again: perfect. A final check on his make-up. Yes, flawless. He’d managed to avoid biting his lip in nervous anticipation this time. He was ready.

He could hear voices in the hall. “I wonder where he is? He must be home: the bottom lock wasn’t fastened.”

“Maybe we should have rung the bell, Lady Jane?” A male voice this time. A rich male voice.

Andy tried to compose himself. It was difficult when he heard that voice. Phone calls were all well and good, but two weeks had been too long. Maybe he should have gone with the team, but he hadn’t played in months, not since Aunt Jane took his boots away and he couldn’t very well go back to be being the ball boy. Will had said the manager wouldn’t allow distractions on the tour.

“To my own home? I think not, William,” said his Aunt.

Andy opened the kitchen door and entered the hallway with grace. Running in 6” mules wasn’t really an option, he realised. He saw Will and his Aunt behind. It wasn’t him who did the running now. Will sprang towards him. Aunt Jane couldn’t tell whether Will swept Andy off his feet or whether her young maid leapt into his arms. Either way, Andy was lifted and gripped firmly in his lover’s arms.

“Oh Will, I have missed you so much!” Andy blurted.

“Me too, darling,” said Will. “Still, I’m home now.”

“Yes, home safe and that’s all that matters.”

“Your Aunt spotted me outside the station, looking for a cab and swung by.”

“Yes, thank you Auntie,” said Andy, finally acknowledging the presence of Lady Jane.

“Not a problem William. I suggested that I take him to his flat, but he wanted to come to the town house to see you first, Andrew.”

 “Oh Will! Thank you.”

“I think a kiss would be in order,” said Jane. The lovers needed no further invitation and their lips met. It was a while before they drew breath. ‘It would be nice if Andy gave me a welcome home and thank you kiss too,’ thought Jane, ‘it’s not often you get your lover delivered personally by your Mistress,’ but she understood his priorities. If William wanted to stay the night, he could. Her boy had his needs, as indeed would William after two weeks away.

So for this one night and only one night, she would have to make her own tea.
