Hi Everyone
Time for new art and I was intending to wait until the day to post this but simply could not wait any longer and besides love should not wait for one day to be celebrated, love is for everyday.It is one of my favourite pieces because it captures emotions and feelings I have felt, hence the title.
I think this is a very significant moment for our pair and I had always edged away from showing it because I did not want you all to think this is the end, because I have many other tales to tell building up to this and there will be more (fingers crossed) to follow this moment.
This is set following Andy and Aunt Jane's return from America and once again features Wills Mother Fiona, with her soft Irish accent (details people, details, all important to character), whilst Andy is still in full-on California beach babe mode, tanned and blonde, his cut glass English accent maybe now tinged with a slight touch of Valley Girl. Jane would described it a few years later in their shared autobiography "As if the California sun had melted the last of Andrews boyishness away, leaving nothing but pure, helpless femininity radiating from his every pour".
Ok no more chit chat, I will let you all immerse yourselves in this and find your own way into the story. Talk soon

It is always a pleasure to see the young Love Birds back together. Both perfect examples of strong, fit and beautiful youth and so helplessly in Love. kept apart, but in the fore of each others thoughts. Now the perfect Pink confection to be joined with his strong beguiled friend.
ReplyDeleteIt is good the make-up artist is close be to reapply the gloss and repair any smudges as they get closer and closer. With the blessings of their respective Guardians.
Even special balloons for both fitting for the Coming Valentine's day as they are reunited and Andy is truly returning a bit changed from his experiences abroad. Now safe in the strong arms of his best buddy.
I am sure Aunt Jane allowed him to dip his lacquered toe, but just a tease and not too deeply engrossed with the help.
Now the comforts of home and his "helpless femininity" allowed to blossom. Together with William to seek out the simple pleasures of youth and fashion and work. Allowing all his charms back into play to keep William enthralled and close at hand and arms and lips.

Is he caressing Williams bilge? or simply checking it out to see his reaction to the New and improved Andy? It would seem William is assisting as is the Other woman, indicating exactly where Andy's hand should be for maximum effect.

DeleteActually I see what you mean now but in trough it is Andys hand moving towards Wills touch, whilst the make up lady just touches them in a tender “aw that’s sweet” way.

DeleteI was brought up on boats Lee and would never associate our Andy with The Bilges, it really would mess his hair, as i suspect would messing with Wills Bulge.

That trip to California was just the right thing to erase Andy's inhibitions about dressing femme. Now whether that little taste of the pool boy had any effect, we'll have to see. But I think Andy and Will just want to be close to each other. Intimacy is taking a backseat to romance. BTW.. Please go back to Andy's redhead style. Blonde is nice but red suggests a touch of naughtiness.

If I recognize Jane and Fiona, I wonder who is "The Other Woman", although she appears regularly in other scenes of the same genre?
DeleteYou mean that Bilge? 😁 seems like a strange thing to question 😉😁. I hope my explanation to Lee clears it up, though I do now see it could be seen differently.

ReplyDeleteWhat a gift for Valentine's! So many details, and that's apart from Andy in his PVC pants, latex top with heart cut-out, delicate belt and bow.
ReplyDeleteAunt Jane has a wicked (in the nicest way) sense of humour. When Andy first saw the balloons with his monogram and a heart motif, he'd just thought they were for the magazine's photoshoot. But Jane had other plans. She'd agreed with Fiona that the time was now right. The ballooons were rather perfect for Andy seeing William again and both finding they could reveal their true feelings.
The pool guy in California had been nice but Andy knew he wanted to save himself and whom he wanted to save himself for. Despite his new found fame from the BOY tour of the States and his appearances on "The Tonight Show" and his embarrassment at the gallery opening, there was someone he'd missed all the time he'd been away. To hear Will say the same, meant so much to Andy. The balloons said it all "A ♡ W". And if Andy's hand did stray, who cares. William seems more than happy.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful as ever. As you know I love the thought of Andy and Will getting it together (one of the themes of my ever-lengthening opus now approaching 20000 words). I love Andy's sexy outfit, the bleached blonde look really suits him and, of course, lots of pink and impossible heels. The new line for "Boy?" is "First Love", so what are we going to see Will in? Not those boring jeans and T-shirt I hope. We need skin-tight latex, leathers and boots which will show off his splendid masculine physique to best effect. As usual, he will be having his doubts, after all it is his old football mate, Andrew Watson, who is now this gorgeous sexy beauty but he is obviously entranced and who can blame him?

ReplyDeletemy little heart is melting before such a romantic scene! Our Andy looks so happy and so radiant near a William still stunned by this lucky turn of events (but already foreseeing what a unique chance of happiness and love is there in front of them as a possible couple).
This is one of the special moments that from now on will for sure stay engraved in the memory of our two lovebirds!
